You cannot reverse it into the actual password.
The password the user enters is stored as a md5 hash value.
If you require this because you forgot the actual password check the faq:
How can i reset the administrator password? Which works the same way for every password.
If you feel like discussing if the admin should be able to read the actual password (he should not!) please use the search because we had that discussion before
But maybe you were looking for something completely different ... then elaborate on your question please.
