Hi Guys

How can I make XOOPS send a User activation key to Site-Admin insted to the user it self?

2.
Can I add more info on user-Registering form?
If yes, then how?

3.Why can't I change Design from \modules\system\templates
if I change a file and upload it it is not removeing or Adding anything to the page :(

4.
How do i Get right culumn ?

I'm not a hardcore php incoder so i might need some help to programing the site futher :)

1.
Go to “Admin-->Preferences-->Extended Profiles-->General Settings” and change the following accordingly:
-Notify by mail when a new user is registered
-Select group to which new user notification mail will be sent
-Select activation type of newly registered users
-Select group to which activation mail will be sent

2.
Go to “Admin-->Modules-->Extended Profiles-->Fields” and select “Add Field” (upper left)

3. I don’t know (anybody else?)

4.
Go to “Admin-->Blocks-->List all Blocks” and play

5.
Try to play around with XOOPS admin area. If you don’t try, you will never learn

3. you probly haven't updated the module who's templates you changed.

note.. you should never edit the templates that come with modules or XOOPS itself, unless you know exactly what you are doing and what the templates do and how they are managed.. if u screw up, then so will the module or xoops..

use the template manager in XOOPS admin to clone the default set and then edit the cloned set.. select the cloned set in preferences to use the new 1.. this keeps the default set clean and you can revert back then if things do screw up..
