Dynamic IP problem! Help!

Hai, I new in xoops.
Anyway, I have some book which can guide me.
The problem is i not sure how to make it online.
I'm having a dynamic website.
So, how am I make it?
any software recommend?
or anyone can teach me?

I used a apache which integrated with php and MySQL but I found that many bug.

I really wish to host my own website.
(I use www.dynamicdns.com)

I don't know how dynamicdns.com works, but with www.no-ip.com you can just set it up and use the domain name from them for your site, and you have a little bit of software (for windows, linux or mac) that sits on your computer and updates your ip address to www.no-ip.com
