Bugs in Xoops 2.2.4 ?

Hello, I made the update for XOOPS 2,2,4 to see if bugs was decided, however without success.

- > O Create a Custom Block and defining as Format HTML browser returns error 406 and the block is not saved.
- > When sending email for the registered users is generated error of server not found. But the 100 First Users receive the email.

the custom blocks work just fine.. i am using...
