Installed a non working module, still have error message after removing

Hi,
i have installed chat mx 1.1 on my XOOPS 2.2.3 site.
the chat did not work so i removed it through admin panel as usual. Now I still get an error message :

Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:system_block_online.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084

now how do i fix it? thanks

Try updating your system module. Go to admin > modules > administration, click the update button on the right.

You may also have to regenerate your system templates. I had to do that the other day.
