The Visual Introduction does'nt work. It comes up with 'The page cannot be found'. So basically I have know idea how to do anyting at the momment. Does the Visual Intro work for anyone else, if so could you possibly copy it or something and give it to me?

You can get it from the temporary docs page, along with the rest of the current documentation.
