Core Modules Installed but of No Use

xoops 2.09

I have installed core and 3rd party modules. The problem is that when I am in the ADMIN panel, the Members module and Contact Us module are NOT displayed (on the left) in the ADMIN panel's main menu.

Because of this, I can NOT manipulate and use them. What am I missing here?

That is because they don't have admin features/settings.
The onbly settings you can do with these modules is within the groupssettings.
The members you'll reach within the admin -> main settings overview.
Both modules will turn up within your mainmenu.
