This could be a sector of the site where each page could be directed for documentations, tips, tricks, ideas alone that in lingua desired, former: Portuguese, Spaniard, German, Frenchman, Chinese, etc.., etc...

For the langauges downloads and documentation, this is the intention, yes. But it may not be what we aim for in the frist phase, but it definately is the aim for this year, yes
