Today i have same problem described in several posts about Blank page just after installation, (installation process that does'n have last pages, just blank insted)

After several tries on different servers, finnaly i realised that option in my FTP client called "convert all filenames in lower-case" is on.

So, for all users that are going to install xoops:
Xoops installation is Case-Sensitive, so, check if this option is turned off in your FTP client.

After uploading files caseunchanged i had no problems and XOOPS now working at http://www.omnetwork.net/cms
