Problems with xoops after i changed my host

Hello there,
I just changed my host, on the new one all system is crazy, i add a new module and XOOPS doesent write it on System Admin Menu, even news doesent want to import users, xcgallery doesent show all the folders from the ftp.. etc etc.
what can i do to fix it? i gave the right permissions to the folders like on a normal installation.
If someone knows what can i do please reply.
