Hi,

In which file can I set my own cookie so it works? And where in that file? I need this to setup a unique counter.

try editing themes\xxx\theme.html (xxx = your theme)
You will have to reload the System-module after uploading.

I don't know if this will work for you, but you can try adding the code to the footer.
System >> Preferences, choose Meta Tags and Footer.
Then it wont only work for one spesific theme
