Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
First off I am using XOOPS 2.2.3
I wonder if someone can tell me how to get the full list of users from my database in the same fashion as it is done by several XOOPS modules.
I.e. If I wanted to edit a users details from the admin menu I would go to Modules > Extended Profiles > Users
I then have the option to: List | Search | Remove
If I press List I get a pop up that allows me to view a list of users in name order or to view by group etc.
I can then press add which closes the pop up window and I then have the option to edit the users details.
The process of listing the users seems to be a process that is available in a couple of other modules:
> PM module: when you want to send a message to someone
> Extended Profiles: You click on List or Search etc to get a users details
> News: If your an admin you can click List etc to get a list of users
Is this a XOOPS Core feature that is called by the module in question or is it something that is a part of each of the above modules?
If it is a XOOPS Core featre
Can you tell me how or where it is called?
If it is a module feature
Can you tell me how to achieve the same results or where it is within one of the above modules.
Thanks for any help.
Dave
