I searching for a counter for my site, but none works with 2.2.x, and today i found a new module on a japanese site:

http://xoops.taquino.net/modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=4

Can anyone try it for me and see if it works without problems?

Im afraid to install modules on my site, because i don't have a backup yet

Its one of the best counter i have ever seen.
BUT
It never worked for me, After setting everything right, i just see " Loading..." Nothing else.

If I directly access the counter file the counter does increase but the flash shows nothing. Anyone who could give me a short tutorial how to implement it.

Why dont you use PHP-stats and have a full blown statistics package as well as neat customisable counter built in?

Ideally i will like to use both.
Flash Counter to display daily users and total users.(For everyone)
And Php-Stats to get the detail info of my users.(For me only)

But unfortunately, Having troubles with both.
Flash counter never shows anything and i don’t know where to get help.

Php-stats have language problem. There is no help in English at their site and document that comes with the package is in Italian.

SO looking for some good time when I get help with both of them.
