Just installed 2.2.3, and can't find where to add a user manually from admin. I know it was there in 2.0.x? Maybe I'm just blind, but can someone point out where it is? Thanks, Gary

I also want to know where because I am very new to xoops.

All I want to do is just : Intranet portal site

with these feature:
1. users management
2. Document management
3. Event management
4. News or article management
5. Department site <Multisite>

Please share your idea

You can add a user as in previous versions by installing the 'extended profiles' module. Mine came in with the full version of 2.2.3. I'm guessing it will be with the upgrade too.

If you install it, then in the admin menu:
Modules->Extended Profiles->Users

Bingo, job's a good 'un.
