hey, looks pretty good... it would help if i could read it, but ah well....

if i was to suggest one thing, it would be to try and find some way you can split up that image at the top of the page. not everyone has 1280*1024, after all.

I agree with zimmi88 about the image. Also, you may want to add a little more padding to the top of the center column and your right column is overlapping your header.

I agree with what the others already mentioned. You might also pull a little color out of your header and use it in your site.
