Hi, you can put the html code for the google ad in a custom block or include it in the template itself if you want the google ad to be shown elsewhere.

I have created new custom block and paste google script but it still not appear, will some body please help me

A few questions that may help:

1) Did you set this new custom block "visible" for all user groups and in the modules you would like it to appear(or on all pages for that matter)?
2) Did you set the block to contain HTML content?

Are you using Firefox with the AdBlock Extension?

I was, and thought that ads weren't working on my site. It wasn't until I viewed it in IE that I realized that AdBlock was filtering the ads in Firefox.
