Is there a module that allows users to leave a rating/comment on each other, similar to how it works with ebay?

Otherwise, perhaps simpler, is it possible to add the comment feature in the profile section, such that comments could be left for members just like on modules?

<bump> good question. seems that all the user rating are relative to the forums, but an external "kharma" feature would be nifty.

Please, does anyone have any ideas as to how to implement something like that? Or is it something that can't be done with Xoops?
