i need to know can XOOPS forum have a category inside a category?

just like dos/windows directory structure: each folder can have folders or files, and so on ad infinitum (almost).

so, i need a forum. with categories. which can contain topics, posts and categories.

if not XOOPS, then what open source, free, OS independent forum software or web content manager?

i have to be offline for couple of days, but i pop in after that. thank you!

At least I know SMF can do it...
