xoops 2.2.3 theme problem

i have an theme from xopps
after i login in with XOOPS version 2.2.3
is not reloading automaticaly i have to click here to reload everytime!
how to fix this problem?
any solution?!

Is it caused by the theme or a wysiwyg editor?
Urging XOOPS to be the Best It Can Be.
