Hello QA team !

i've made some improvments on our tool. Many thanks to kaotix. I have changed its name. This tool is now a tool for devs and for QA Checker.

Please comment this last version, I will release it as RC2 publicly monday morning with an announcement (news).

Todo :
- find a compliant theme
- should we add some tests for utf8 compatibility ?
- SQL query. Which standart ?
- We have to think more about our certification/certification level. What ideas did you have about that ?
