Making URL.us although module is main page

Hi i have sitehttp://talkvoip.us but as you see when you type that in URL becomeshttp://talkvoip.us/modules/news/

But as i have news module for my main page how can i sort it so it becomeshttp://talkvoip.us but still show as it is with the news module as front page.

any help appreciated

Well, you could use a news block on front page and then not set NEWS as default module. (no default module)

Try it to see if it works for you..

I find the current news modules lack the ability to display news on front page (in a block) in the same format as the /modules/news/index.php displays the news.


Hopefully, this can be added sometime soon.

Sorry for long delay but site got hacked and db deleted so i havent set it bac up but once i do this is what i will try

Having it set to module/news/index.php does this hurt with search engines.
