Making themes for xoops

hi everybody,

I'm a brazilian webdesigner and I would like to create themes for xoops. I wonder if there is any software/plugin to make these themes.

XOOPS themes can be easy created by hand (I do it), but you can try DW-extenson (search news gere for URL) for creating themes (for me, EditPlus and TopStyle allow do work faster)

It's all about the CSS. TopStyle is a good tool for learning. Google for CSS editors there are other good choices.

You are right about TopStyle Pro. However since I learned CSS I only use an editor for both. Any old editor will work.

Personally I use Quanta Plus but I run everything on Linux.
