I am unable to login to my site because the links in my login module (submit button, Lost Password and Register now) have incorrect URLs. The virtual path and physical path are correct in mainfile.php. They do *not* include a trailing slash. Other links on the page (home page and XOOPS logo) point to the correct URLs.

For example:
"Register now!" should link to
www.domain.com/xoops/register.php
but instead it links to
www.domain.com/register.php

Any ideas what is going on?

I'm having a similar problem. Just upgraded to 2.2 and when anyone clicks the 'Register Now!' button register.php redirects them to /user.php?xoops_redirect=%2Fmodules%2Fprofile%2Fregister.php&
It's the lost password page.
What's going on here?
