I currently have XOOPS 2.2.1 and have found it too buggy as a lot of the modules I am using such as WF downloads and WF links do not work properly is it possible to downgrade back to 2.0.13 by any chance??

If so do i just simmply overwrite all the files in there and click update in the system section??

no. We have not made downgrading functionality.

But just load up your backed-up files and database and you should be back on 2.0.13

If i uploaded the database to 2.0.13 i would lose all info on my site can I just simply upload the backend files and thats it??

No, you cannot. The database schema has changed in 2.2 so 2.0.13 would not work with a 2.2 database.

If you upgrade to 2.2.2 - this should address many issues.
