How to open two sites at the same time with a pop-up?

Hello, I would like that http://www.onephotoaday.com would open everytime someone clicks on http://www.clubdefoto.com which is the spanish version.

So I would get to visits instead of one everytime someone enters the site.

Is this possible to be done correctly (I mean, i don´t want that everytime you click on a new section the pop-up site appears?
Does anybody know how to do this?
