i installed XOOPS fine, was using mambo. so i deleted that so i could try xoops. and i know i could have had multiple instances of apache running but meh,

any ways installed it fine. when at the main page, it has this stuff, i suppose there is something in the php.ini file i gotta change to stop it from happening.

allow_call_time_pass_reference

and play with it (if it exist in PHP5)

Best way - forget about PHP5 and install latest 4.3.x PHP, it'll save a lot of time and health
