I really don't know what you want, and I don't see the XOOPS factor. Could you be more specific?

1. You're running a bullettin board now and want to move to XOOPS, or do you want to add XOOPS and integrate your board into the whole site?

2. I don't think it's possible to display a block on a non-xoops static page just like that. Some information can be displayed on html pages, especially if it is sending the block output in RSS or another XML format. There are scripts that can convert that output to HTML and add it to a page.

3. sharing tables is possible. Try to find more information on the 'multi-site hack'.

4. Tha is possible if you plan your site right. You can use stylesheets and the module templates for that. Again, it requires some forethought and preparation (and knowledge on how CSS, XHTML and Smarty work).

as for the block offer to be out of the magazine: is it possible to display the block in the magazine but on a seprate page, in order to make iframe for the block and to display it in any place i want?

as for the amendment in the template, it is easy and will useful for me, but i want the modification to be in the theme also in such a manner that the theme changes according to the module.
example
if the module is for programes, i want it to display certain theme, and if it is for articles to display another theme.
