by mistake ive turned on the maintaince mode...

and now when i enter my webpage i cant access the menus with my admin account, so i could activate it again

can anyone explain me how i do it....

im a total noob at php aand sql...

u guys can take a look if u want

after i try to login wiht my ID and admin pass i get a blank webpage....

see Troubleshooting blank pages for some pointers on how to turn on PHP debug, so you can see, what is causing the blank page.
