hi there

sorry if thats not the right forum for my question.

i´m searching for an import script to move images from xcgal to myalbum-p
maybe someone already got this or can help me to do some?
it shouldnt be that hard to manage.but if its more work then i see i will pay for a nice guy help me to do it.

how much is it to get someone to do that for me?
i think it´s just to move the files from xcgal to myalbum and rename them in row (e.g. 1.gif, 2.gif) and move the despriptions inside the db.
maybe someone could be so kind?it´s to much for my noob php skills

hi, show me the estruture with 1 or 2 examples of data
I will try to do a sql conversor now... (just try)
Maybe can take more time, so... the deadline will be 24h.

I dont remember the code, but i think that will be easy and fast.

the db conversion isnt the bigger problem i think.
to move the files from xcgal image dir to myalbum image dir and rename them is the more complicated thing for me.

if somebody wanna try, i can give access to my db and ftp.the site is just in test mode atm so it isn´t a big thing.

Rename? Sorry, I dont understand. I will take a look here, just a minute (or 5)

like i said in my first post.
the images are stored now in xcgal/images/userpics/xxxxx (1 folder for each user) and their name is the original file name (e.g. mypicture.jpg)

and for myalbum-p they must be in uploads/galery/images but named as x.gif where x is sequentially number (e.g. 1.gif, 2.gif aso)

maybe GIJOE knows an easy way doing it.i think i should send him a mail.

Now I understand, and yes... take some time/work to make a conversor (.exe). Sorry, because i am here and making a freeelance job at the same time, and cannot do it for now...



ah, just a note: your theme was my first for xoops, aqua-um (aqua-one), and I leave incomplete, with problems
nas borders. The font chicago.ttf used was grabbed from a mac emulator (there a copy in "images" directory). justa note
