I'm having all sorts of problems this week. I managed to fix my blank page problem, but none of my blocks are showing up. When I go to the admin area, my preference options are blank, and my user tables are not showing up in the permissions and groups, find users areas at all. I checked the db and the tables are still there, so I'm thinking this could be a simple permissions problem.

What files and folders do I need to set, and at what level to get these files to show. At the moment I just have everything chmoded at 777 but it's not working.
