Long story short,I am using XOOPS for a club site, now, members are required to pay a yearly membership fee.Anyway,I have heard from our club secretary that some of the members have not paid for the next year of their membership,so,I want to be able to move their user accounts so that they cannot access the site until they have paid.
Is there any way XOOPS will let me do that,or,do I have to delete & recreate the accounts when they return?

I think u can just uncheck their membership from 'registered members' (edit user) or make them member of a custom made group with less access rights.

The custom group approach is the easiest - then you can assign a "nag" screen that they see when visiting the site - reminding them to pay up
