eXtcal PHP Debug error, need help...

I am using Core 2.0.9.2 and eXtcal 2.

When trying to access my eXtcal pages I get a blank page and this in debug mode:

 Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:extcal_event_view.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084

Can someone direct me to a solution?
