combining 4 portals in one website

My web developer installed 4 XOOPS in my site: http://www.seccionlatina.com for for provinces. in on hand is good to have four different database to keep it separate, but when I want to install or change any new module I have to repeat four of them.
Is there any way to combine these four portal together without mixing the data bases?
