it installed successfully, but when i click on any of the configuration links, nothing happens =(

As far as I know, the tutorials module was originally developed for use within the XOOPS vs. 1.3.
There has always been some problems with this module, but unfortunately its developer stopped working on it for quit some time. (years)
I suggest you look for another more recent module which are also capable in presenting tutorials.

Some module suggestions:
- Smartsection
- Articles
- News (1.3)
- WFsection
- AMS
- SmartFaq
- Wiwimod

As you can see, there are a lot of other modules, which can function for the same purpose.
