debaser upload problems

I just recently installed XOOPS and debaser to my site, and I'm having problems w/ debaser's uploads...I am able to upload mp3s no problem, but when I try to upload videos they never upload (it just shows that it's loading for a long time, and then it goes back to the upload page w/out uploading the video). The videos are all about 14mb (under the max file size). Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks.

Please make a test with a very small video to see if any video will fail to upload.

Which kind of file are you trying to upload? At least you have the option to ftp the files to the batchload-folder and then use debaser's batchload-function. I KNOW that this is not a solution, but will work until I figured out your problem.

Solution:
Change php.ini in C:\Windows\
Find this:
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size
set values you need example: post_max_size 200M

You must have access to php.ini if not then ask server admin :)

All the files I've been trying are wmvs...I tried a wmv below 1mb and it worked.
I don't think I have access to php.ini so I will ask the admin.

Edit: my site host said;

I only have a basic php knowledge, so what exactly should I put in php.ini, and should I put it in the main XOOPS directory?
