what is it with people?

why do they seem to feel they can add people to their messenger to ask for help & support with stuff that's in the FAQ or available on the forum?

i know i can just not add them or reply, but then that gives an impression of ignorance..

i don't want to remove my messenger info from my profile, but then again it's really startin to get frustrating people adding me all the time and asking the same questions about the same things etc.

so if any1 wants my messenger addresses from now on, they'll have to ask me for em..

I'll help anyone I can via forums - time willing - but there are limits when it comes to being msn'd at 2am
