I have just downloaded the XOOPS 2.0.10-2.1.1 Patch (.zip)
Q: Where do I upload this to on my server?

is it the root dir "/htdocs/" ?

the faq may help.

not sure how you're been doing things but i just upload (ftp) the unzipped patch (/html/...) to my host. it overwrites files and if you need to hand edit some stuff 'cause you're using a nonstandard module or what ever.

hope that points you in the right direction.

Can someone confirm if I upload this patch to my root directory htdocs/?

upload it to your root XOOPS folder as per the instructions..

if htdocs is the folder your XOOPS files are in then thats your root folder.

keep in mind that 2.1.1 is not a stable function. So dont't use it on a production server because it contains a lot of bugs.
