i need a schedule where ppl
can plan/reserve their event.

the input screen/page , which needs usergroup perms to reach needs
following fields:

date with drop downs [day] [month] [year]

start time(should be xh00 or xh15 or xh30 or xh45) so two
dropdownlists, one with 0->23h and one with 00/15/30/45.

then desired event time, but depending on their usergroup, a limited
range of choise. options are= 30mins, 1hr, 1hr30mins, if matches a
usergroup also 2hrs 2hrs 30 are allowed and if matches another
usergroup 3hrs and 4hrs are also allowed. admins should have no
limitation in plan time, but max is 12hrs

the selected time get's translated in an actually timemoment, so it's
gotto add the selected duration to the start time and show us the stop
time in the end

between every event should be 14mins59secs so if last event is planned
to stop at 3h45, the next dj MUST plan 4h00 as earliest possible time

then we should have a field to fill in the event name and a field
extra to indicate genre event

depending on the eventposter or scheduleviewer his timezone settings
in usercp, the timezones need to auto-adapt in the list.
is there any module of calendar that can do this?or standalone calendar?!
