Login Failures, cant login, won't send passwords.... Help

This is the second time XOOPS has gone non-responsive on us. Anyone have any suggestions on this? Can't login as admin, registered users have no privilages. and the system won't send out passwords and seems non-responsive.

Help,Anyone???

read the FAQ section.

you say it's the 2nd time, what have you done to make it happen? i can't think of a reason that XOOPS itself removes all privileges etc.. did u install anything prior to it happening? were you editing the group settings? and possibly removed group permissions? etc.. there could be a number of reasons..
