How do I globally change the date and time format to reflect month/day/yr format, and the time hr:min:sec

Your redirect to the page does not work. Perhaps you could give me another hint.

I have searched the forums until I'm blue in the face and no search has turned up anything to do with global date and time formats.

How about if one wanted to change the date format in a module.
Such as mylinks. The above solution doesn't seem to apply to a module. Is it possible and how would this be done?

If a module uses the standard XOOPS mechanism for displaying date/times, the previously FAQ applies. Otherwise, you'd have to look at the module's code to see how it displays date/times.

I found the call formatTimestamp($time,"m") in modules/mylinks/index.php (XOOPS 2.0.10), which displays a date/time using the _MEDIUMDATESTRING format. Perhaps there are other places in the module where it doesn't use the values from language/-/global.php.
