Making a Block for your Custom Module

I made a custom module for my site, and it works alright, but I can't figure out how to make a block for it so it shows up on the left side under the user menu, how do I do it?

Well, in the blocks admin, you can set the number, so like set it to 0 and the rest from 1 to 9.
