Hi

Can someone tell me what module is used on the front page in the center of this site https://xoops.org/

The "Welcome to the Official XOOPS website!"

"Latest XOOPS news"

The welcome to block is a custom block. You make them your self in System Admin - Blocks.

The block that shows News is a Spotlite Block. Most of the current News modules has it already built in, but a standalone version is available in the module repository.
