Making Box Titles Linkable

Hi All

For all the various boxes, it would be great if there were a way to make the Box Title linked to its respective area, just like if it were in the menu

For instance, it would be super if the Recent News, Top News, other module boxes, and even admin-created boxes, could have the option of linking the box title.

Is this possible?

I'm not completly sure but I beleive that I read a solution to this in the FAQ.
