I am using TC 1.5 which works fine from my Computer's Internet Explorer (IE).

However, in my client's IE they don't see the full Wysiwyg editor, and neither do I in Firefox.

'Use Wysiwyg Editor' is set to yes, so I expect this is a browser setting problem.

What should my client do to enable them to edit content the way I can from my machine please? And what about Firefox?

You have to install the Spaw module in order to use the wysiwyg editor.

Thanks Chapi, but I'm already using the Wysiwyg editor without any problem.

Why can't someone else do so from their computer?

This Spaw module needs IE 5.5 or higher. Maybe it's due to an old version of IE?
