goto admin, then system, preferences / general settings.. scroll down and check module cache at bottom..

cache is disabled.
There is somthing I have to mention here is that when I make vote, I get a blank page. The address bar shows this:

/modules/xcgal/ratepic.php?pic=9&rate=3

then, a blank page and it does not redirect back to display image.

Hello, again
I am still having this problem. I also noticed that I have problem with some php files, like user.php. When the user changes his password, and then login, he will not be redirected! to the main page.
I moved my site to another server complete with data base and it works just fine!.
so the change is in php version. The main server php version is 4.3.10 and the test server version is 4.0.

As per my hosting company, they told me to change the permission of the php files not above 644. I checked the files and found them all having permission 644.

The problem still not yet solved. anybody got this problem?

Thanks

Hello,
Just to tell you that the XcGallery issue here has been solved by changing the cache settings of the browser.
I noticed this after I installed firefox. It is working perfectly with it but not working with IE 6.0.

Thanks for your support
