Is there a way to set up XOOPS so that each of my domains parked on the same ip address which use the same XOOPS can have a different theme/header?

I think I also have a problem with my current setup as when soemone goes to one of my domains that isn't the main url it displays the correct front page with their url, but when they click on any link it takes them to the main url page for that link :(

Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks.
