Problems with AMS module

Hi again!

As you can see, I'm testing modules. Now I installed the AMS but it don't works...
I created a pair of topics and set the permissions, but when I try to submit an article, it shows this error message:

No Topics Exist - please create a topic and set appropriate permissions before submitting an article

Anybody knows how to fix it?

Check your Approve, Submit permissions. All permissions have to be set even for admin. Each section of the submit approve page must be completed separately. In other words:

Set your Approve permissions and save your changes.

next set your Submit permissions and save your changes.

Next change your view permissions and save your changes.
