on my site all users will be required to have an account to login. they are all ranked as 'registered users'. what I want to do is to allow them to have members wtih there group.

example; XYZ company has an account with me, they can add users to just there account. can this be done, if so how.

I hope this makes since.

I would suggest to create a seperate new user management module for this. As far as I can see there is nothing in the default XOOPS installation you can manage your desired feature with.

Perhaps somebody already created a customer user management module that can do what you want, but I have not heard from any so far.
