BopComments (http://proj-bop.sourceforge.jp/, viewable at http://modules.xoop2.ru/ main page as "Recent Information" block and at http://modules.xoop2.ru/modules/BopComments/) have one problem in date-field in block only, which drive me nuts... Tried to find reason of error without luck.
Bug is rather obvious - in Last Post column in block
- date is correct
- hour is in 12-hours notation, months used insted of minutes.

Sad thing is showing date-time on module page in correct form, in defined in module's preferences format. On;t block has troubles, which magically convert

1-04-2005 21:01 into 01-04-2005 09:04

Can anybody fix my brain?
