Tutorial..... No log-in?

I'm using tutorials to make a recipes page with nice coocking recipes.
But I would like that people who are not logged in, can also post new recipes.
Now to submit a new recipe, you have to be registered and logged-in to submit a recipe. is there a way to turn that off?

You can edit access rights in "admin menu->groups" and grant the anonymous group access rights to the module.
